NOCON monitors compliance in helicopter services merger
The CMA is investigating the completed acquisition by CHC Group LLC of Babcock’s helicopter services business. The CMA issued an initial enforcement order to maintain the businesses separate and maintain their viability during the merger inquiry. NOCON has been appointed as monitoring trustee to monitor compliance with the initial enforcement order.
