NOCON monitors divestment of 23 furniture stores
The Austrian XXXLutz Group intends to acquire 50% of the shares in Roller GmbH & Co. KG and Tejo Möbel Management Holding GmbH & Co. KG. The Bundeskartellamt cleared this transaction by decision of 25 November 2020. The clearance was granted with the additional condition that 23 locations in market areas with competitive problems be sold to third parties. NOCON was appointed as the trustee in the matter and has been commissioned to monitor the implementation of the ancillary restraint.
