Monitoring Trustee
Monitoring trustees are used by competition authorities to monitor the compliance with remedies. This usually results in a three-sided relationship between the competition authority, the company and the monitoring trustee. The monitoring trustee supports the companies with the implementation of the remedies and reports regularly to the competition authority.
